ps: There was a rerun this week, about the lady from New Orleans who dressed head to toe in vintage. Do you know which one I'm talking about? Anyhoo, I somewhat agreed to what Stacy and Clinton were trying to do, saying how to mix modern with vintage pieces -- HOWEVER, I quite liked her head to toe vintage look. She looked eccentric and 100% my style. It was hard for me to watch as they cleaned her up, haha!

  8. That would be funny Mar! I bet people will do that just to get his attention. And other people will dress in their fanciest-shmanciest ensemble hoping Clinton will announce to the entire crowd that they are the best dressed person in Canada. Ha.

And I did see the episode with the vintage lady - she had some amazing pieces. I was hoping they'd let her keep more than just 20 items. BOO!

I think maybe they thought they should polish her up a bit. That's a NY thing right? I have to admit that I loved her hairover - she looked very sultry afterwards. Ted does amazingly good stuff with people's mops! I love him.

  9. Eeep. I'm a bit late in my reply here... I was gonna say, don't get me wrong, the vintage lady (haha, since we can't remember her name) looked very nice after her makeover. I guess my thing is I kind of like the odd and weird; people that have such original, interesting and 'artsy' looks, ya know? It would be a sad and boring world if we all looked the same. :)
